Return & Rufunds

This is unfortunate but If you are not satisfied with the products, color or size , you can return to us within 14 days from the date you receive our items. Your item must be in the original packaging, condition and not used.

Please kindly send us e-mail (powerstoneworldshop@gmail.com) before you return the item back to us. We will advise shipping address accordingly. All returning packages must have a tracking number and have a new label created on a package for the return address. The return shipping cost must be paid by customer, but in the case of initial defect after we check the shipping cost will be paid back to you with item cost refund.

Refunds are made only after we receive the items back. The refunds will be processed within 3 working days from when we receive your items. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.
